These Terms & Conditions govern your use of himalyanark.in and any purchase made through it. Himalyan Ark is a brand operated by Aglaonematech Pvt Ltd, registered at Indian Airlines Pilot Coop, House Building, Essal Tower, M G Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001, India. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
  • An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients and usage. Colours and textures may vary slightly from images due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our soaps.

Limitation of Liability

Himalyan Ark and Aglaonematech Pvt Ltd are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurgaon, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction.
